Product Overview

The Keysight (Agilent) 53131A has been an industry standard for frequency and time measurements. This 2-channel benchtop counter offers fast signal processing and automated limit testing capabilities.

Transition to 53200 Series

The 53131A, along with 53132A and 53181A frequency counters, are being replaced by the higher-performance 53200 Series RF and universal frequency counter/timers, which offer improved accuracy and advanced capabilities.
